Spotlight on Pat Higgins

Pat Higgins is a professional illustrator/designer/cartoonist from Delaware, where he lives with his wife April and their two cats.  He attended the Delaware College of Art and Design, majoring in Illustration and is currently pursuing more education in Multimedia Design at Delaware Technical and Community College.  For over ten years Pat has been working both in-house and as a freelancer for a variety of clients including magazines, newspapers and clothing companies, in addition to publishing his own work.  In the past few years he has shown art at various galleries in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.   He’s also recently started to teach his own art classes and workshops.

In addition to his illustration and freelance work, Pat has also completed work on two mini-comics, Lost and Found: The Lunar Adventures of Buzz and Roscoe and Silent Screams, Part 1.

Pat’s illustration work is typically a combination of digital and analog tools, including: pencil, ink & brush, pens, wacom tablet and the Adobe Creative Suite.  You can find out more about Pat’s work at his Portfolio site.
