Kids Read Comics, the Michigan-based nonprofit that encourages kids and teens to read, write and draw comics in many forms, takes to the road this spring for the Kids Read Comics Super Fun Tour. From March through July, cartoonist and KRC cofounder Jerzy Drozd will teach free, hands-on workshops at libraries and schools around the state. Each event provides a sample of the wide range of fun, educational and interactive happenings that will be found at the Kids Read Comics Celebration in downtown Chelsea, Michigan on the weekend of June 18 & 19.
